Initial Development (July 2022)

In July 2022, I laid the foundation for GFXPrinter.com’s online presence with the first version of their website. The process involved:

• Naming and Branding: Developed the name and designed the logo for GFX Printer.
• Domain and Hosting: Purchased the domain GFXPrinter.com and hosted it.
• Website Development: Installed WordPress and utilized the “Flatsome” multipurpose premium theme from ThemeForest.net to create an e-commerce website tailored to Dubai’s printing press market.
• Graphic Design: Created all graphics, including icons, images, and infographics, to ensure originality.
• Professional Emails: Set up multiple professional emails for the business.
• Content Creation: Developed SEO-friendly content using AI (Chat-GPT 4), following Google Search Console guidelines to enhance keyword rankings.
• Technical SEO: Applied SEO techniques to improve site health, achieving 95% speed on desktop and 89% on mobile via PageSpeed.web.dev.
• Off-Page SEO: Built links on high-domain authority sites and citation sites in Dubai.
• Google Maps Listing: Listed the business on Google Maps for increased visibility.
• Security Measures: Implemented advanced security protocols.
• Client Generation: Used social media marketing and handling across multiple platforms to generate clients.

Major Update (January 2024)

By January 2024, the evolving market demands necessitated a comprehensive update to the website. The main focus was to realign the website with the current trends in the printing press industry both locally and internationally.

Objectives

• Market Realignment: Update the website to better reflect the printing press market.
• Enhanced User Experience: Improve website structure and performance.
• SEO and Content Optimization: Focus on high-impact keywords and content.
• Speed and Security: Maximize website speed and ensure robust security.

Strategy and Execution

1. Theme and Hosting Upgrade:
   • Updated the website theme to the “Pricom” premium theme from ThemeForest.net.

     

   • Upgraded the hosting plan from Premium Web Hosting to Business Web Hosting for better performance and scalability.

     

2. Website Development:
   • Rebuilt the website to cater to both the local Dubai market and the international printing press market.
   • Minimized excessive customization to maintain theme integrity and site speed.
   • Created new graphics, including icons, images, and infographics.
   • Edit PHP files of the theme, to customized it according to need. I Add WhatsApp and Inquiry button and remove Add to Cart option.

     

     

3. Content and Product Management:
   • Updated professional emails.
   • Refined the product catalog, focusing on high-value offerings and reducing the total number of products for better SEO.
   • Developed high-quality, SEO-friendly content, emphasizing engaging, problem-oriented blogs and articles.
   • Achieved keyword ranking improvements, such as positioning “Sticker printing” at 22nd in Google Dubai without off-page SEO.

     

4. Technical SEO and Speed Optimization:
   • Continued applying technical SEO practices.
   • Optimized website speed, achieving 100% on desktop and 98% on mobile as per PageSpeed.web.dev.

     

5. Google Maps and Security:
   • Updated the business listing on Google Maps.

     

   • Enhanced website security with advanced measures.
6. Client Generation and Social Media Management:
   • Continued using social media marketing and handling across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter/X.com, Pinterest, Behance, TikTok).

     

   • Created and published graphical and video content daily to drive engagement and client acquisition.
