January 2023–Present — AI Content Creator, GFX Printer
Role: AI Content Creator, SEO Content Writer & Prompt Engineer
Business: GFX Printer — Printing, Branding & Marketing Services
Project Story
I began using ChatGPT Plus for GFX Printer in January 2023 as an early practical use of AI inside a real printing business. Instead of using AI only for one-off copy, I developed repeatable prompts for SEO articles, service content, marketing copy, social-media captions and creative ideas.
Because I already understood printing services, customer questions, SEO and digital marketing, I could guide the AI with real business context rather than accepting generic output.
AI-Assisted Content Workflow
- Keyword and topic research for printing-related content
- SEO article planning and long-form drafting
- Service and product-page copy
- SEO titles, metadata and content structure
- Social-media captions and campaign copy
- Creative concepts and image-prompt development
- Manual editing, formatting and publishing
- Continuous prompt refinement based on real output quality
From Prompting to Better Systems
Over time, the work became more structured. Lessons from manually creating and reviewing hundreds of pieces of AI-assisted content helped me understand where AI performs well, where it needs stronger research, and where human judgment is still required.
Those lessons later influenced the automation systems I built for content research, planning, generation, validation and WordPress publishing. GFX Printer was one of the real business environments where I learned how to turn AI from a writing tool into a repeatable production workflow.
What This Experience Demonstrates
This project represents the practical foundation of my AI-content experience: combining real printing-industry knowledge, SEO, marketing judgment and prompt engineering to create useful business content over a long period rather than producing isolated AI-generated articles.
